This position is 5 days per week at the company headquarters (with travel to UK, European and Middle East Race Events as required)

With a history of success and a commitment to excellence both on and off the track, we are seeking a driven and creative Media Coordinator to support our team and drivers throughout the racing season.
Role Overview
The Media Coordinator will be responsible for delivering high-quality media and communications output for Century Motorsport across all digital platforms. From creating engaging social media content to managing team admin and logistics pre-event, this role blends creativity with operational support and is vital to the smooth running and professional image of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Digital Media
- Design and produce race win, pole position, podium, and event preview graphics using Canva.
- Create hero cards for drivers and other promotional materials (brochures, proposals, driver profiles).
- Capture photo and video content during race weekends; liaise with professional photographers to collate and distribute content.
- Edit videos and images for social media, reels/stories, and post-event highlights.
- Manage the team’s digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn), posting consistent, engaging content including race updates, press releases, driver and staff birthdays, etc.
Create and distribute Press Releases via Mailchimp, ensuring timely updates to sponsors and partners. - Update and maintain the Century Motorsport WordPress website with professional race report, imagery, driver profiles, and event reports.
Event & Driver Coordination
- Create and distribute detailed Road Books for British GT, GT World Challenge, and Porsche events, including event schedules, sign-on links, test info, and briefing times.
- Ensure driver compliance with admin requirements and timely attendance to briefings and sign-ons.
- Arrange grid personnel for events in collaboration with the team coordinator.
- Support the logistics and planning of race and test weekends, coordinating with drivers, media personnel, and race organisers.
Skills & Experience Required
- Strong graphic design skills using Canva (or similar tools).
- Competency in photo and video editing (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, etc.).
- Comfortable using Mailchimp for email campaigns.
- Proficient with WordPress for basic website content management.
- Excellent written communication skills – capable of writing clear, engaging race reports and press releases.
- Strong knowledge and experience using social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn) in a professional capacity.
- Highly organised, proactive and able to work under pressure at events with tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with drivers, team members, photographers, and sponsors.
- Previous experience in motorsport or high-paced sporting environments is highly desirable.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to national and international events.
