Century Motorsport Earns Podium at Spa After Endurance Masterclass
Last week, Century Motorsport tackled one of the biggest events in GT racing — the CrowdStrike 24 Hours of Spa — and came away with a hard-earned P3 in the Silver class, capping off a huge effort from the entire team.
Coming straight off the back of a British GT weekend in the Ardennes, there was no rest as the team jumped straight into
prep for the biggest GT3 endurance race in the world.
Wednesday: Kicking Off in Style
Things kicked off with the legendary drivers’ parade through Spa city centre on Wednesday. Fans packed the streets to get up close with the cars and meet the drivers. We even handed out some limited-edition Century Motorsport merch — a great way to connect with supporters before the serious stuff began.
Thursday: On-Track Action Heats Up
Thursday was flat out.
-
Free Practice started on a damp and greasy circuit, but we brought the car home P12 in Silver class.
-
By Pre-Qualifying, conditions had improved and so had the pace. Car #42 – shared by Will Moore, Mex Jansen, and Jarrod Waberski – put in a fantastic run to finish P4 in class.
Then came qualifying… and we delivered when it mattered.
P1 in Silver Class. Pole position.
An incredible result for the team — and an even better feeling to achieve it at Spa.
The day didn’t end there. Night Practice gave our drivers their first proper taste of the circuit in the dark – an essential part of racing here.
Saturday–Sunday: 24 Hours of Focus, Pressure, and Execution
Saturday arrived, and so did the big one. The 24 Hours of Spa got underway at 16:30 and the pace was relentless from the start.
-
In the first 4 hours, we dropped a few places to P5.
-
By Hour 8, we were in P8, but the car was running strong and clean.
-
At the halfway mark (Hour 12), the team had fought back to P4 and were pushing hard through the night.
-
Hours 16 to 23 saw us holding steady in P4, waiting for any opportunity.
Then, with just 8 minutes to go, it came.
The Mustang running ahead in P3 pitted late — and we jumped into the final podium spot. After 24 hours of intense racing, it was

a well-earned and emotional finish.
A Faultless Team Effort
This wasn’t just a result — it was the product of:
-
26 pit stops, including a full technical stop — all completed with zero mistakes
-
A BMW M4 GT3 EVO that ran faultlessly for 24 hours
-
No major contact, just a few expected battle scars from the tight racing
-
A team that delivered, every step of the way
Our drivers pushed through fatigue, heat, and pressure. The crew were on point in every stop. The car didn’t skip a beat.
What’s Next?
With Spa in the rear-view mirror (and a trophy to show for it), attention turns back to the British GT Championship, where we’ll return to action at Snetterton on 11–13 July.
For now, we take a moment to be proud. A podium at Spa — in the biggest GT3 race in the world— is something special.
Keep an eye on our socials for behind-the-scenes coverage and updates from all our championship campaigns.
From everyone at Century Motorsport – thank you for the continued support.
