Century Motorsport headed north to Scotland last weekend (16th–17th August) for Rounds 9 and 10 of the Porsche Carrera Cup GB at the iconic Knockhill Circuit. The team once again proved their pace and consistency, collecting silverware and valuable points across every category.
Qualifying
Saturday’s qualifying session set the tone for a competitive weekend. In the Pro category, Andrew Rackstraw put his car on the front row in P2, with Angus Whiteside securing P4 and George Gamble in P5. Over in Pro-Am, Henry Dawes lined up P6, while in the Am category, Carl Cavers started P2, setting the team up strongly for race day.
Race 1
Race day began under bright skies, and the team wasted no time turning qualifying results into podiums. Rackstraw brought home P2, with Whiteside right behind in P3 to make it a double podium in Pro. Gamble secured P4, continuing his solid run of form. In Pro-Am, Dawes came home P5, while Cavers added yet another P2 finish in Am, keeping his title fight alive.
Race 2
The second race of the weekend saw even more action and another trip to the podium. This time it was Gamble who shone, finishing P2 in Pro. Whiteside followed in P4, while Rackstraw crossed the line in P7 after a challenging race. Dawes took another P5 in Pro-Am, while Cavers made it two-for-two with another P2 in Am.
Championship Update
As the season continues, Century Motorsport’s drivers remain firmly in the mix across all classes:

In the Pro category, Rackstraw sits P2 in the standings, just 5 points off the championship leader, while Whiteside has climbed to P3, and Gamble holds P5.

Looking Ahead
With podiums and strong results at Knockhill, Century Motorsport has kept up its momentum in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB. The team now looks ahead to Donington Park, where Rounds 11 and 12 will take place on 30th–31st August.
