Warranty

All tyres are covered by the Marangoni lifetime warranty – full details upon request.

All other returns will be considered subject to the tyres being totally unused – that is with all paper stickers intact and have not been mounted on rims. If these conditions have been complied with a refund of the purchase price will be given less £10.00 per 2 tyres for outward carriage, and the customer is responsible for the carriage to return the tyres. If the paper stickers are removed or there is any sign that the tyre has been mounted no refund will be given and the tyres will be stored for 2 weeks for the customer to collect – after which time they will be disposed of. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Shipping

Tyres will be shipped the next working day after cleared payment is received. Tyres will be shipped by a 48 hour courier to the address requested – a signature will be required. If delivery is attempted and no one is available to sign for the tyres a charge will be made for any subsequent delivery by the courier. Collection by the customer is welcome by appointment.

The carriage included in the price of the tyres is for mainland England, Scotland up to Glasgow and Edinburgh, Southern Welsh conurbations. For any islands or remote areas please ask for a quotation.
